Imagine you’re reaching the end of your lifetime and you look back. Is there anything you regret not doing?
Right now, it’s like I can almost read your thoughts and emotions. Let’s be honest here. The great majority of us are not living to our full potential. And the true reason for that is we live under the illusion we can’t manifest what we want.
In other words, and like Marianne Williamson once said:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
So, let’s see how we can break this illusionary barrier once and for all.
1. Recognize that you’re manifesting all the time
2. Choose a manifestation method
3. Hands on approach
1. Recognizing that You’re Manifesting All the Time Leads You to Your Dream Life
That’s right! Whether you can see it or not we are manifesting everything in our life all the time. This is a simple indisputable fact. Some may like it or not but like gravity it’s an undeniable reality.
Let’s take gravity’s example. Normally we’re not aware of it but we’re subjected to it constantly. Similarly, manifesting is the same. We might not be aware but the words we utter, the thoughts we have and the actions we take, invariably have their outcome in the outside world.
So, if there is an outside world, logically there must be an inner world. Now, the outside world is perfectly perceptible to everyone. But what about the inner world? To keep it simple the inner world is basically our body of thoughts and emotions.
You can pay attention to the thoughts and emotions you’re entertaining. But if that’s difficult for you in the beginning, why don’t you heed the external world? The external world being basically your relationships and your material possessions.
The people with whom you relate on a daily basis, and you hang out with, tell a lot about you and your personality.
“Tell me with whom you hang out with and I tell you who you are.”
So, in many aspects they act like a mirror reflecting some aspect of your character whether you recognize it or not. And also, whether you like it or not. It can either be positive or negative.
“Like attracts like.”
In fact, you manifested these people in your life, and they manifested you. This can be easily seen when we change friends in our life. Because our Universe is vibrational in nature and we’re part of it, once we change some aspect in us, sometimes it results in losing some friends. Eventually, the gap will be filled. At the deepest level we’re energy and energy is magnetic. It’ll pull to you new people according to your new signature.
Regarding our material possessions the same holds true. Whether it’s our house, car, clothing or even our diet it always starts on the inside. For example, vegans have the believe that they should not eat animals. And I’ve heard people who have a general diet saying that it’s people like vegan or vegetarians that have beliefs about food but the same is true for them. There must be a software program running in us that tells us what to eat or not.
So, paying attention to our external circumstances can be a good way to start recognizing that indeed we are master manifesters, but our interior is the source of all manifestations.
“As within, so without.”
Awareness is the key to knowing what’s going on in our inner world. I know that at first it may seem a very complex world but it all boils down to two things: thoughts and emotions. Both act together, sometimes imperceptibly, however they have different qualities.
Thought is electrical in nature occurring at the brain level whereas emotions are magnetic in nature and happen at a body level. Or one could say thought is more masculine (rationality) while emotions are more feminine (sentimental). Nonetheless, both are necessary to operate in this world.
For example, the job you have, even if you don’t like it, started first with a thought in your head. You dreamed about a fulfilling career (thought) and ended up pursuing that career (emotion) to the point of being part of your reality.
The same remains valid for partner. You perfectly know what traits are desirable and you feel attracted to in another and you end up attracting a partner with these traits.
You also have a type of house or apartment you like, envision, and end up living in it. Same goes for your car. Or maybe you don’t like driving. Therefore, an automobile will not manifest in your life.
Bottom line of the story is that if you want to manifest something consciously or, to say it differently, if you want to have control over your life and harness the power of your thoughts and emotions, you must inevitably see that YOU are the captain of your ship.
If you’re still not clearly seeing undoubtedly that you can easily materialize, ponder on the following fact. A man, just by having a sexual thought can cause a part of his body to completely being shaped differently. If he goes further and mates with a woman, a new human being can be birthed. I mean, how amazing that is!
Can we for once take full accountability and recognize the master manifesters that we are?
2. Choose a Manifestation Method
Now that you know unmistakenly that you are a master manifester, which tool will you choose?
For a moment, pay attention to how we perceive and interact with our reality. We mainly have a physical body (very perceptible to us), a mental body and an emotional body.
How do we interact with the external world?
By the means of our five senses.
Pause for a minute so you can mentally perform the following exercise. Imagine for a moment that you’d lose your sense of seeing. What’s left? The other four senses. So, you could still hear, smell, taste and touch.
Now go on removing the other four senses one by one. You’ll eventually see that you can no longer interact and experience this reality we live in. Hence, it is through our five senses that we create our reality.
But where do I want to reach with this mental drill?
If “as within, so without” and if it’s our five senses that shape our world, we can play mentally and internally by rehearsing in our mind’s eye what we want to manifest. In fact, as you’ve seen we’re doing it all the time. So why don’t we consciously co-create?
You guessed it! We’re talking about visualization. Nonetheless, bear in mind that it doesn’t mean that you’ll only picture your desired outcome internally. Remember all five senses are essential!
So, let’s say you want to manifest your dream house. First, do you want a house or an apartment? Picture very clearly that house. The same way you’ve seen it very clearly in that video you saw on YouTube. Be precise. Detailed. You’re creating, adding bits of information to the quantum field.
But how does the house smell as soon as you enter the front door? What sounds do you hear? How nice it is having a dinner party and tasting great food with your family and friends? How good does it feel to rest on your living room sofa after a day of work?
Great, you’re now mentally using all your five senses like you use in your day-to-day world. But what else is missing in the equation? Emotion! Charge your visualization with emotion. Feel the joy of living in that dream house. How happy, content, and satisfied are you living inside your house?
Emotions are what fully charge your visualizations thus empowering and allowing them to manifest on the physical plane. They allow thought to begin to start to build shape and therefore make part of your reality. To comprehend this better, for instance, the contrary would be to break the thought-emotion cycle. Just by being aware of thought when it comes to mind and stopping at this point thus not allowing emotion to surface, whatever is the subject, it loses strength and cannot come into reality.
So, I’d say visualization is, by far, the most powerful manifestation method and, personally, my favorite. First, it uses all our senses to make it the most realistically possible. And secondly, besides setting aside a specific time of the day to visualize we can also do it throughout the day. It is called daydreaming. And isn’t it wonderful?
The other widely known manifestation method is affirmations. This one became very popular due to Louise Hay. Of course, visualization is not something new. It is, again, the recognition of how our body-mind complex works and how we can consciously make use of it to shape our reality.
The fact is we’re doing affirmations all the time! “Money doesn’t grow in trees” denoting a scarcity mindset. “I have bad luck at love” indicating fear and something that needs to be healed in order to attract a partner, and the list goes on.
Again, it starts by recognizing the negative affirmations that we unconsciously have and turning them into positive. Even if we don’t voice them and it’s just in our head, we’re stating something, affirming. The other thing to recognize is these affirmations usually occupy most of the time in our minds.
Now, do we need to be incessantly doing affirmations the whole day in order to counteract the ones we want to replace? No. Why? Because a positive affirmation is much, much more powerful than a negative one. You’re emitting a much more powerful vibration that eventually will trump the other lower vibrational one. Isn’t this comforting to know this fact? Doesn’t it motivate you to change and manifest? Aren’t we hardwired to work smoothly for our highest and best good?
So, I’d say that three times a day would be enough. First time when you wake up in the morning, so it’ll set the mood for the day, is a good time. Or don’t you wake up muttering those unwanted affirmations in your head? That’s right! By affirming what you want differently at this time of the day you’re being sovereign and not giving the other ones mental space to happen. Another time in the middle of the day, so just you don’t lose the gist of it. And, of course, at night before you go to sleep as it helps tremendously for the affirmations to sink in your subconscious mind.
Now, like visualization, remember that emotion is a very important component. If you’re just mentally speaking words with no emotional momentum behind them, nothing is going to happen. In fact, that’s the reason why many people fail when doing affirmations. It’s very simple. We all want something good for ourselves and we all want to feel good. So, while doing your affirmations feel joy, feel happy, feel love! Once again, those are the highest vibrations you can feel, so dive deep into them. Remember it is all about vibration because when we talk about vibration we’re talking at a deeper-rooted level.
So, set aside a few minutes of your day to do your positive loving affirmations. They’re food for the mind and soul which we need to nourish like our bodies.
3. Hands On Approach
“Hands on approach” means that you need to put in the diligence to make things happen. No, I wouldn’t call it effort. Did you make any “effort” to manifest your current reality? Some people even think things are randomly happening to them. What really happens is that they already have beliefs, which constitute programs that are running on the background. Hence, now no effort is needed.
But now one thinks, “Ok, but I have to do some ´effort´ to change.” No, you don’t. You’ve just recognized how your mind-body complex works and now you’re joyfully making the conscious decision and diligence to make things happen the other way. Or don’t you want your new way to stay established and happen “without effort”?
Please just realize this is how our mind-body complex works. Go back a few years, when you were a child and learning to tie your shoelaces, learning to read and write, to ride a bike or even brush your teeth. You might take it for granted now, but there was a learning phase at that time so now this happens without thought.
Whatever you want to manifest or become is now the same. Just please bear in mind that you’re an adult now. So, recalling your inner child would be a very intelligent take. You know easy things were when you were a child. And most importantly have fun!
